Project Description Country: USA Location: Apache Junction AZ Total Budget: $10,000 Area of Focus: Basic education and literacy Activity Type: Education: Scholarship Summary: Scholarship Funding for continuing education of Apache Junction Schools graduating seniors. The financial needs of the these students wanting to further their education. Our desire is to identify good students who may not be eligible for academic achievement scholarships. These students understand the need for more education and want to apply themselves to attain more education and training for better employment opportunities. Our timeline is March and April 2023. A team of Rotarians from our club will review the applications, conduct interviews and select the recipients. The funds will used for scholarships to reduce the costs of the recipients education. Our goal is to award $10,000 in total scholarships.
