Rotary District 5340, The San Diego Women's Foundation and the Carrol C. Long Charitable Foundation have collaborated to provide over $80,000 of support for our current influx of Afghan refugees. Our District will fund $10,000 for License to Freedom to assist with basic needs as refugees come to our community with literally nothing.
