Chandler Unified will Provide applications for the best qualified students. The Rotary Club of Chandler will review and select candidates based on need. The chandler Rotary Club holds several events through the Rotary year to fund these Scholarships. The Chandler Educational Foundation will disperse the funds to selected applicants college, university or vocational programs.
