Project Description Country: Mx Location: Agua Prieta Total Budget: $5,000 Areas of Focus: Disease prevention and treatment, Water, sanitation and hygiene, Maternal and child health Activity Type: Community Development: Construction/Renovation Summary: This project will provide funds to build a kitchen within a Community Center The Community Center in Agua Prieta that feeds breakfast to local children is lacking a proper kitchen. This project will fund the build-out and appliances for a kitchen. Labor of the Rotario Agua Prieta members will be used and depending on timing and our ability to do our annual service trip in January, our Rotarian members and Interact students will be involved in some way. If the kitchen is complete, our Rotarians and Interactors would participate in the preparation and service of food to the children.
