Project Description Country: USA Location: Hurst, Euless, Bedford, T Total Budget: $2,000 Area of Focus: Community economic development Activity Type: Community Needs Assessment Summary: Assistance with Transportation Expenses for North East Emergency Distribution in NE Tarrant County, Texas North East Emergency Distribution (NEED) provides food, medical, transportation, clothing and utilities assistance to families in crisis situations in 17 zip codes of NE Tarrant county, TX. This grant will go towards helping with the transportation support for clients of NEED. This includes bus passes for clients to get to & from work, to job interviews or training classes, or for medical appointments. This grant will help underwrite these costs for one year between 4/1/23 and 3/31/2024.
