Project Description Country: Ukraine Location: Kyiv Total Budget: $6,378 Area of Focus: Peacebuilding and conflict prevention Activity Type: Peace: General Summary: 20 solar panel USB charging stations will be shipped to Rotary Club in Ukraine The Ukrainian people are suffering electrical outages very often, and cannot charge their phones and other USB electronic devices. They need these devices to stay in communication with friends and family, get news, and also to keep up to date with the war effort. We will partner with a Rotary Club in Ukraine to provide 20 solar panels that have been retrofitted to power a 4 USB device charging station. The Ukrainian Club will distribute these charging stations based on need, as they deem what the highest need and priority are.
