Project Description Country: USA Location: Orange County Total Budget: $1,000 Area of Focus: Basic education and literacy Activity Type: Education: Literacy Summary: United States Financial Literacy and post high school preparedness is often a challenge for students. The Entrepreneu Boot Camp is designed to better prepare students for the world beyond high school. The Entrepreneu Boot Camp will include presentations by Rotarians and Rotary business partners, resume building, career field trips, and more. The program will be available to approximately 40-50 high school students. Club members will be actively involved in the planning of each of the Entrepreneur Boot Camp sessions. From planning the contents, securing participants, securing speakers, promoting the project, organizing refreshments over 20 members are expected to participate. Project funds will be used for Speakers supplies, participant refreshments, and student supplies.
