Rotary Club: La Mesa Sunrise Project Title: New Confidence School 1. Describe the project. What was done, when and where did project activities take place? The project was done in Cambodia in 2017. This project funded after school curriculum. The school provide English and computer classes to children whose parents are mostly rice farmers. This educational opportunity will change the lives of these children because they will speak English. English and computer skills opens up better job opportunities. 2. How many people benefited from this project? 120 children per day 3. Who were the beneficiaries, how were they impacted by this project, and what humanitarian need was met? Children between the ages of 8 to 19 years old were the beneficiaries. They were able to learn English and computer skills. We met an Education need. 4. How many Rotarians participated in the project? None 5. What did they do? Please give at least two examples, not including financial support provided to the project. N/A 6. If a cooperating organization was involved, what was its role? The Caster Foundation was involved. Their role was financial contribution. 7. Income
