Project Description

1. Describe the project. What was done, when and where did project activities take place?

Purchase of industrial planetary mixer and food processor for the LunchBox kitchen

2. How many people benefited from this project? over 20,000 kids have been identified underfed

3. Who were the beneficiaries, how were they impacted by this project, and what humanitarian need was met?

Children identified as underfed at home. Meals and snacks are provided before and after school.

4. How many Rotarians participated in the project? 7 directly

5. What did they do? Please give at least two examples, not including financial support provided to the project.

Research needs of the Children's LunchBox program. Found products that met the needs, purchased, ordered, delivered and installed the machines.
