Rotary Club: Del Mar Project Title: Global Health Scholar 1. Describe the project. What was done, when and where did project activities take place? This was actually a District level project. We used remaining contingency DDF to add to a global grant scholarship. 2. How many people benefited from this project? 1 directly, unknown indirect beneficiaries. 3. Who were the beneficiaries, how were they impacted by this project, and what humanitarian need was met? Direct beneficiary was a MPH student at SDSU. This allowed additional support for living expenses and tuition support. Indirect beneficiaries are all those that this scholar will touch in her career in public health. 4. How many Rotarians participated in the project? 300 5. What did they do? Please give at least two examples, not including financial support provided to the project. Rotarians hosted the scholar at several district events and privately. 6. If a cooperating organization was involved, what was its role? N/A 7. Income
8. Expenditures
District must retain receipts of all expenditures for at least five years.
