Rotary Club: Encinitas Project Title: Vietnam School 1. Describe the project. What was done, when and where did project activities take place? Two school rooms were built; housing 30 students each. The school rooms were populated immediately after build completion. These rooms are a part of a larger 800-student educational complex. 2. How many people benefited from this project? 60 3. Who were the beneficiaries, how were they impacted by this project, and what humanitarian need was met? 60 students housed but education also benefiting local community at large. 4. How many Rotarians participated in the project? 3 5. What did they do? Please give at least two examples, not including financial support provided to the project. Planned and executed the project. Two are visiting site on 5/6/2019. 6. If a cooperating organization was involved, what was its role? Build a School, project set up and monitored. 45th project in Vietnam. 7. Income

District must retain receipts of all expenditures for at least five years.
