Funds were sent to Quingoma, Brazil to purchase kitchen supplies for a Rotary Preschool. One of the honorary members of La Mesa Sunrise Rotary, Paulo Costa, was a member of this club and has shared the value of this school and kitchen to the community which is made up of low income people. The school is a center for community engagement and parent education in addition to being a fully functioning preschool.
