Rotary Club: Rancho Bernardo Sunrise (San Diego) Project Title: Holy Innocents Children's Hosp 1. Describe the project. What was done, when and where did project activities take place? Baby warmers were purchased for the Holy Innocent Children's Hospital in Uganda with the grant 2. How many people benefited from this project? 50 babies per month 3. Who were the beneficiaries, how were they impacted by this project, and what humanitarian need was met? This hospital serves the poorest people in Uganda. The baby warmer helps the tiny newborn undernourished babies survive 4. How many Rotarians participated in the project? 1 in the USA , several in Uganda 5. What did they do? Please give at least two examples, not including financial support provided to the project. Lee Haney in the US found the products and arranged for the delivery. He also raised money from his church as well as our club to fund the project. 6. If a cooperating organization was involved, what was its role? Rotarians in Uganda aided the Catholic charity to deliver and set up the equipment. 7. Income
