Rotary Club: Del Mar Project Title: COVID19 PPE for TJ Police 1. Describe the project. What was done, when and where did project activities take place? The Rotary Club of Del Mar provided the 5,000 Tijuana police officers with 8,000 masks during the winter holidays. Additionally, the Rotary Club La Jolla Golden Triangle provided 12,000 masks and Hisense Electronics Mexico provided 5,000 for the Tijuana fire fighters around the same time. The Rotary Club Tijuana purchased and distributed the masks. 2. How many people benefited from this project? 5,000 police officers 3. Who were the beneficiaries, how were they impacted by this project, and what humanitarian need was met? 5,000 police officers were protected from transmission of the Covid-19 virus. 4. How many Rotarians participated in the project? members of the Rotary Club of Del Mar and the Rotary Club Tijuana 5. What did they do? Please give at least two examples, not including financial support provided to the project. RCDM provided the funds for the the RCT to purchase and distribute the masks. 6. If a cooperating organization was involved, what was its role? As noted above, the Rotary Club La Jolla Golden Triangle provided 12,000 masks and Hisense Electronics Mexico provided 5,000 for the Tijuana fire fighters. 7. Income

District must retain receipts of all expenditures for at least five years.
