At least 35 Youth Benefitted from the Project 3. Who were the beneficiaries, how were they impacted by this project, and what humanitarian need was met? Enrollment and case management of a dozen youth was funded by the program as well as paid tutoring sessions to prepare for exams. The Youth benefitted from the help to obtain their high school diplomas, register for college courses and obtaining employment to help support their families. The assistance they received, allowed them to cope better physically and psychologically from the effects of the pandemic. 4. How many Rotarians participated in the project? Four Rotarians Actively Participated 5. What did they do? Please give at least two examples, not including financial support provided to the project. Rotarians provided mentoring support and participated in training sessions to learn how to detect mental health issues caused as a result of the pandemic and ensure that they were referred to competent resources for assistance. Covid-19 Training was also given to educate them on the best ways to stay safe and understand the consequences and effects of the virus, as informed by the CDC.
