Project Description

1. Describe the project. What was done, when and where did project activities take place?

Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, Reallocation funds to:

Providing warm clothing (sweat shirts) to the local students at Granger Junior High in National City. USA

Medical Mission to the Philippines to be completed Jan-Feb 2023

Some Medicines and clinical supplies have been purchased. The Club will be purchasing medicines and supplies to use on that mission.

2. How many people benefited from this project? 250 students

3. Who were the beneficiaries, how were they impacted by this project, and what humanitarian need was met?

The students of Granger Junior High. Providing the the local students warm clothing during this COVID-19 Pandemic.

4. How many Rotarians participated in the project? 10 Rotarians

5. What did they do? Please give at least two examples, not including financial support provided to the project.

Assessed the need for warm clothing. Communicating with the school Principal. Purchasing the sweatshirts and the distribution of the items at the school with the participation of the Principal, Assistant Principal and teachers.
