Rotary Club: Santee-Lakeside Project Title: Helping Needy Populations 1. Describe the project. What was done, when and where did project activities take place? The East County Transitional Living Center (ECTLC) provides transitional housing, emergency housing, job skills development, opportunities to earn a GED, case management and linkage to other resources which provide a hand up to individuals and families, enabling them to secure permanent housing and become productive members of our community. Home of Guiding Hands is an organization serving adults with developmental disabilities. Our club donated $750 to Home of Guiding Hands (HGH) to purchase holiday food and gifts for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in a group home in the East County Region of San Diego.
