General objective: Design a strategy that leads to the preservation and conservation of the marine ecosystems of the Archipelago Department of San Andrés, Providencia and Santa Catalina, through the training and training of young people in environmental sustainability and diving techniques under international standards, with the purpose of raise awareness and empower them as active defenders of marine life by adopting sustainable practices. 1. Design and implement a training program aimed at young islanders on topics such as: conservation, preservation and environmental sustainability of the marine ecosystems of the San Andrés, Providencia and Santa Catalina Archipelago, under the focus of project development and technological innovation. 2. Contribute to the development and strengthening of the capabilities of young islanders in responsible diving techniques and underwater safety, in order to promote good practices in underwater activities and to apply the projects developed in the first training cycle. 3. Apply the knowledge learned by students in a real environment and foster an emotional bond with the marine environment, through practical diving experiences with regular dives supervised by certified instructors.
