Project Description Region: Asia Country: India Location: Mangalore Total Budget: $36,500 Area of Focus: Disease prevention and treatment We are working on a global grant to upgrade government hospital with required equipment for diagnosing and treating cancers of the female reproductive system. Some types of gynecologic oncology surgeries include: Debulking: Removes as much cancerous tissue as possible and treats the remaining cancer with chemotherapy and/or radiation Total hysterectomy: Removes the entire uterus and cervix This project helps in serving 1000 women from below poverty line with free treatment / surgeries using this equipment. Host club Mangalore North , and District 3181 committed 26500$ required for the project. Total Project cost: 36500$ We just need 10000$ from international partners from your district / club. so, request you to please support this noble cause.
