Transport Vehicle for Disabled

 This matching grant project aims to build a vehicle to solve the transportation problem of people with disabilities who will benefit from the Rehabilitation Center for People with Disabilities in Kadikoy, that Rotary Club of Istanbul and Kadikoy Municipality have agreed to establish. People with physical and mental disabilities , as well as people with sight problems, will be picked up regularly from locations where they desire. Thanks to this vehicle, the transportation of these people in need will be maintained and people with disabilities who live in remote areas will be given a chance to become more active and integral elements of their communities. The estimated length of time needed to complete this project is one and a half months. |
