Emails to the TRF staff contact indicate that both clubs have addressed the issue of Rotarian involvement. Project Administration Expenses was covered by an email from the WEAN organization, which is managing the ground level operations of this grant project. Further assurance was sent by the International club indicating that the project funds will be used solely to implement this project and will not be used for the operating expenses of the cooperating organization. The approximate interest rate that will be used is 10%. THe Host club is addressing the report which is due on another grant.
