On Feb.26,'09: Funds for the Project were received by the Club's depositary bank and the landed amount is Php 1,220,752.30.
On April 8,'09: The Club purchased the clothing materials for the youth.Subsequent purchases were made for camping materials and equipment for the first group camping.
On April 30,'09: Purchased monoblock tables and chairs for Baguio Chiro Youth Project Office in Baguio City.
On May 12,13,14,'09: The first group camp was held with 45 campers and leaders in attendance.It was held in Baguio City.

On June 23,'010: PP Carlos Canilao,Vice Chairman of the Project was appointed Primary Contact of MG D-1114 vice PP Oscar B. Cadeliña who was appointed Assistant Governor of D-3790 effective July 1,2010.
On April 24,'010 : The Baguio Chiro Youth Project(BCYP) conducted the Chiro Youth Day Camp at St. Joseph Parish, Pacdal, Baguio City,Philippines. 170 members participated in the youth camp.
On May 22-23,'010:BCYP conducted the Leaders' Evaluation and Planning Camp-I at Maryknoll Ecological Sanctuary, Baguio City, Philippines. 20 members participated in the activity.
On June 13,'010: BCYP conducted the Chiro Youth Group Integrated Camp held at Maryknoll Ecological Sanctuary, Baguio City, Philippines. 140 members participated in the
camp.
On November 6-7,'010: BCYP conducted the Chiro Baguio Leaders, Planning Camp-II at the Maryknoll Ecological Sanctuary, Baguio City, Philippines. 40 members attended the Planning Camp II.

June 22,'011: The Matching Grant Project D-1114 was terminated and a Terminal Report was prepared.The completed terminal report will be submitted immediately to TRF and partners of the project upon the receipt from the depository bank of the bank statement for the month of April,2011.This is being followed up consistently at the bank.
