This project is a project of Serving Hands International  CANOA is a center in the outskirts of Tijuana that serves the population of physical and mentally challenged youngsters in the hills of Tijuana with physical, occupational, and intellectual therapy care free of charge.
This grant is to pay the fees to the Mexican Federal Electric Commission to get electric service to the Therapy Center. Also the grant is to purchase and install astro turf on the playground used by the handicap clients at the center. This surface is necessary to give wheel chairs access to the area. |
