Status and Progress Information

Fully Funded

This project is fully funded. The Coordinating Co-sponsor and the Primary International Sponsor are working on the grant paperwork to send to Rotary International. Project listed for the 2008-09 Rotary Year.

Despite all efforts, the cataract blindness is yet to be conquered. More so in rural areas/urban slums. Presently it has been stressed that these poor people should be given mandatorily high quality surgical intervention in the form of lens implant surgery with good quality results.

To achieve this we will require to have a very committed out reach program.
