 The city of Cochin is developing very fast. The infrastructure is not growing at the same pace. Pedesterians crossing roads have to suffer due to this. A simple solar photovoltaic powered Blinker for warning motorist about zebra crossing is required ar around 25 important busy places. The unit cost of one solar powered blinking LED light is Rs. 26000/- . The cost of entire project will be Rs. 650000/- or 15476 dollars. We will be able to raise 3000 dollars. We are looking for additional resources. The project we beleive will not only improve road safety, popularise solar energy and will have nice public visibility for about 10 years. |
