 Didim state hospital is small Hospital with 50 beds.It is situated between Kusadası and Bodrum and serves a population of 45.000.All trafic accident cases heart attack patients and other emergency cases within a 70 km radius is treated in this hospital.However there is no intensive care unit in the Hospital in order to stabilize the vital function of the patients.The patients are transfered with ambulances to the nearst fully equipped Hospital,which is 60 minutes away. The critical time for the reanimation of the patient is spent on the way and due to this fact unfortunately some patients loose their lives.Therefore Rc Didim decided to donate an equipment to monitor to vital functions of the patıents in the intensive care department. |
