	D-1181    India - Ludhiana Rotary Trauma Centre $16,750 The grant budget will be used to buy ventilator for an emergency centre in a charitable hospital of Ludhiana which is catering to the poor community and is providing treatment at a very low cost. The daily OPD of this hospital is more than 500. But the emergency is ill equipped so the poor have to rush to the private Hospitals in case of emergencies (many of them are left to the Will Of God due to incapacity to pay the private hospitals).
