The conditions of house, health and education of this district are extremely deficient, this does that the rights of these families and of the young people and children are specially not respected. The educative quality in this department is lowest of the country due to structural problems, this generates a great demotivation and scholastic desertion that leads to a functional illiteracy. Single young people and children spend long time in the street without I stimulate nor support in the development of their scholastic tasks. Today to be young in Latin America means to grow in conditions critics and for being developed in the contradiction of the iniquidad, to live in a continent where most of the population he is poor and most of the poor men they are young, where the lack of resources is not the only reason for abandonment. We understand the poverty by the immediate material deficiencies but by the absolute lack of opportunities to not only recognize like citizen conscious plenary sessions and of rights and duties, necessary to construct own history and to participate in the peace process. The displacement generated by the situation of violence of the region of Quibdo, produced the rupture of the familiar and communitarian weave, the estigmatización and the rejection. Also they were forced the change of economic activity, when having to leave its earth and cultures that guaranteed to them a worthy life. The economic situation and the impoverishment of the families, more and more take young small to work, changing the toys by work elements. The familiar violence, the alterations in the relations more and more reduce the spaces available for the children. One of the tasks that we faced today is the creation of a social conscience that recovers and rescues the game and the creative activity in the children, the young people and the adults. We must create dynamic alternatives, implement playful, artistic, creative activities in the communitarian context, and is from these proposals that a new called space LUDOTECA arises: which by means of the game, will be a vehicle of resuscitation inside the families and animation in the district, promoting the communication. An alternative to help to brighten up the problems, the difficulties and the conflicts is through learning.
