 The quality and supply of water to Koningsdal Child and Youth Care Centre and its nearby school will be greatly improved by this project. Currently, the water comes from a local river. Due to heavy rain, periodically the open water system is plugged by mud and other debris causing interruption of supply and contamination of the water.
The new system is closed. The water will come from a bore hole and pumped to a closed reservoir. The water then will be gravity fed to the Centre and the nearby school. |
