this is to inform all that the project is very much alive. we had some delays in getting all the proper signatures and proforma invoices as these items had to come from remote areas, not accoustomed to providing invoices etc. the entire package has been sent to the district by fed Express and should arrive there no later than Wed of this week as Monday is a holiday.

this is to update this grant without any matching funds from RI, matching grant from district only.

as of this date we have been given a matching grant of $5000 from our district. Chaing mai Rotary is ready to submit their paperwork but needs to wait till July 10th to have the incoming president of their club sign off on the project, since he will be the one in charge of his club at the time the grant money is being used.
