The lack of matching funds from The Rotary Foundation and our inability to raise more cash in this crushing economy, makes it prudent to proceed immediately with what we have ($13,050) and simply reduce the number of wheelchairs to be assembled for now in Guatemala to 40, and thereby provide much needed jobs.
