I have entered the information re the International club's involvement as Susan suggested.
Rosa needs to
1)provide a copy of the page with the District Governor's signature to Susan
2)Clarify that the "Sistema de agua etc" will not be handling any funds or purchasing equipment and then they can be removed as a colaborating organization or else submit a note attesting to the fact that the Organization operates within the country's laws and keep them on the proposal.
3)Make sure the current club president is named and signed the documents
4)Clarify if the project installation will be in an existing building(labor costs for plumbing and electical will not be covered) or outside or in a new building(costs will be covered)

Most recent communication from the Rotary Foundation indicated that the grant can not be paid because insufficient payment information was provided. The Rotary Foundation must have confirmation that the project account can receive wire transfers of US dollars. They also need the information of the U.S. correspondent bank (bank name, bank address/city, ABA 9-digit routing number). As soon as this information is provided to Lauren.Marquez@rotary.org , grant funds will be wired to the project account.

TRF has confirmed that they have received all of the payment requirements for Matching Grant 71329. Payment of the local equivalent of US$12,000 will be processed and sent within the next 2-4 weeks via wire transfer to the project bank account in Mexico.
