The proposed budget will support a Center to an impoverished sector of Bahia de Caraquez, northern pacific coast of Ecuador, devastated by an earthquake and El Niño in recent years. It will give medical attention, such as physiotherapy and dental care, provide educational opportunities, such as computer instruction to enhance school curriculum, and provide healthy high protein meals to the 500 children and teenagers who live in this community of Fanca.
