	D-1593    Ukraine - Veliky Berezniy Orphanage Support $17,500 To equip/provide computers & software to the orphanage, to address the literacy needs and implement a starter program to deliver IT skills for 300 children, aged between 6-18 years. The computers will give the children essential IT skills for when they need to live independently and find work at age 18 when they are forced to leave the orphanage without any state support. Furthermore, it is necessary to provide 50 new beds that will ensure adequate sleeping provision, as the current beds are unsafe and broken, with very basic, thin foam mattresses which both unhygienic and a fire safety risk in restrictive dormitory space.
