Hello partners. I am working to try to clarify the budget. I am making several changes today that hopefully will clarify each responsibility for delivery. WMI bears most of the equipment (trying for two units each project), connection bundling, etc. The host clubs need to place storage tanks capacity2-5000 gal for storage of clean water and provide tap-stands for distribution as well as provide electrical hook up capability and security enclosure. Please visit grant and peruse to see how you can input your estimated expenses for these items. transport from the entry point to the country to your site is also host club responsibility. Approximately 3000 LB. payload.

Dear all host club members, I have altered the budget general categories to reflect that the entire water purification system will be obtained through Water Missions international organization which has installed such system in hundreds of communities worldwide. The host club is reponsible for the storage building, electrical and plumbing network, tap wwater distribution site, water storage tanks, ground shipping and arranging of customs estimate. We hope to have this budget set by the end of this week for approval to RI. Small modifications can be made before final project date.

Hello everyone. I have just finished the project budget in GENERALIZED only form which should be sufficient to get it approved for the RI deadline purpose. We will finalize the details of exactly how much of each equipment parts arre purchased as the community assessment details are confirmed. The shipping container and the freight expenses as well as point of entry customs-receiver-tax fees have been listed as prorata to share these with the other Cot D'Ivoire water grant 1713 from our district 5340. Please look these grants over and I look forward to working closle with you all over this year for implementation. drJeff

Your project checklist shows that clarification is needed regarding the Itemized Budget:
-Please submit a project budget that shows how the matching grant funds will be sent USD $10,000.
-Please confirm who is contributing the additional $20,000 of outside funding and supply a letter from the donor that states their commitment to contributing the designated amount.
-Please identify the "local ngo's" listed as suppliers in the project budget.
-Please clarify what is being purchased from Water Missions International and the corresponding amount.
• Project Planning. Please confirm that no matching grant funds will be used to fund plumbing or electrification for equipment and appliances in existing buildings (hospitals, schools, libraries, orphanages, etc.).

This project has sent in an official progress report to RI and has completed construction along with ceremonial village presentation with PR photos for their district. However, since there exists political unrest in Cote D' Ivoire, financial payments have been delayed to some; providers of the project for the final completion of the Financial report. As soon as the banks reopen and allow in the remainder of funds for reimbursements, the final report will be submitted and project officially be marked completed.
