Hello partners. I am working to try to clarify the budget. I am making several changes today that hopefully will clarify each responsibility for delivery. WMI bears most of the equipment (trying for two units each project), connection bundling, etc. The host clubs need to place storage tanks capacity2-5000 gal for storage of clean water and provide tap-stands for distribution as well as provide electrical hook up capability and security enclosure. Please visit grant and peruse to see how you can input your estimated expenses for these items. transport from the entry point to the country to your site is also host club responsibility. Approximately 3000 LB. payload.

Dear Cote D'Ivoire Rotarian host team, Please take with Dr. Julien Ake at JAke@map.org, or phone number: (225) 22 473 839 and find out the way he has progressed to give us all needed to complete the application. Things are progressing well but we need a few more items like photos of site etc. and budget expectations for housing of water units, purchase & placement of storage tanks and the purchase & placement of water delivery spigots.

To all host project members. Please note that the water purification system including the pumps andy solar if needed, dose pumps, chlorinators, agitators, etc. will be purchased in the system provided by Water Missions International. the host responsiblities will be for the security structure, ground transportation and estimate of customs, electrical grid networking, storage water tanks, and installation of tap water distribution.
I have altered the general budget to reflect this and have asked WMI imput since they have performed hundreds of such system installations in villages worldwide.

Hello everyone. I have just finished the project budget in GENERALIZED only form which should be sufficient to get it approved for the RI deadline purpose. We will finalize the details of exactly how much of each equipment parts arre purchased as the community assessment details are confirmed. The shipping container and the freight expenses as well as point of entry customs-receiver-tax fees have been listed as prorata to share these with the other Cot D'Ivoire water grant 1687 from our district 5340. Please look these grants over and I look forward to working closle with you all over this year for implementation. drJeff

We were waiting for the last found. It has been ok since the month of june 2011. We think to complete the project this month and deliver to the village on the month of august 2011.
Kind regards.

<10-Sep-11> by Alhi KEITA
We have not been able to complete the project on august as promised because we could not buy an equipment, the Agitor, du to the rate of the usd we use for the estimation of the project and the real rate (at arround 500 against 400 FCFA for 1 usd). We have got the agreement this week of the ONEP (an Ivorian admistration water structure) to buy that agitor for the project which cost 1500000 FCFA. So we will be able to tell you in those days the next date the project will be completed. We wil update the website today.
Best regards.
