My name is Mauricio Barbiani. Im District Grants Subcommitee Chairman for District 4940 /Argentina-Uruguay) and I'm also fellow from Rotary Club Venado Tuerto Cincuentenario, Argentina.
We should know if your District would be interested in support us on a matching grants project.
The project is to provide medical equipment for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit/Neonatology Ward at "SAMCO Dr. Alejandro Gutiérrez Hospital" in Venado Tuerto City, ARGENTINA, in order to look after neonates and the pathologies that affect them. The equipment needed is an OAE Test System to detect auditions problems on neonates;

And the same project is also to provide a new portable echography (Digital ultrasonic diagnostic imaging system) a free public clinic in the facilities of the Subsecretary of Health of the Municipality of Venado Tuerto, in Venado Tuerto City, ARGENTINA, that will be dedicated to the detection and prevention of illnesses. The equipment needed is an ultrasound scanner model EDAN DUS-3.

BUDGET:
Total cost of the project: US$ 14.000
To complete the MG minimum requirements of USD5000 from The Rotary Foundation, and considering the money supported from Rotary Clubs of Venado Tuerto Cincuentenario, and District 4940 (USD1500), we need support fom TRF of USD 3500.
To match this money we need USD3500 fom DDF or USD7000 from a club (international partners) or in other case should be a mix, but we have to reach USD3000 from TRF considering that for club support TRF suport is 0,5 to 1, and for DDF support TRF is 1 to 1.
So both extremes shoud be OPTION 1 AND OPTION 2 but we can do a mix between club and district support for example using OPTION 3
