Project has been approved by Trf, grant money sent to international partner. Screening of beneficiaries being conducted by Rotary club of salt lake metropolitan to identify beneficiaries.Wheelchairs are being manufactured in China through Free wheelchair mission.

The 1st inaugural distribution of the wheelchairs was done on 30th january 2011 by DG rajendra kandelwal in presence of Local councillor Aloka patra , Pdg Anirudh, international rotarian guests from Uk and Norway and host of rotarians and public. Sixtynine Wheelchairs were given to prior screened beneficiaried to enable them to become mobile and lead a life of productivity and dignity.
