Digital radiography, It will be installed at Dinbandhu Charitable Hospital, Kholwad, Di- Surat, Gujarat, India. All patients who come to Dinbandhu hospital who needs radiography to understand the pathology. With existing x-ray machine orthopedic doctor is able to treat patients. With digital x-ray General Surgeon,Gynecologist, physician, Ophthalmologist, Neurosurgeon, Dentist, urologist and few other specialty will be able to diagnose the pathology in much better way, due to high resolution of the pictures and ability to share data with other Doctors and treat patients quickly without traveling to other hospitals which are 15 miles away.

The Matching Grant application number from TRF is #73797.

The TRF Staff in charge of this grant is Laura Bradley (Laura.Bradley@rotary.org).

So many specialty Doctors will be able to use digital x-ray data on site and far away and provide good treatment to poor and needy people. The hospital is on National highway # 8, the busiest highway in India. Timely treatment will save many rich and poor.

The Digital x-ray unit was installed and handed over to the institution. Rotary club of Udhana will complete the paper work to close the project.
