Burundi is a country with few indigenous doctors. there is a need for a great many more doctors because of the increasing need for quality health care. The University of Mwaro, a communitarian university, is attempting to meet this goal by the addition of the Paramedical Higher Institute. The Institute's goal is to develop doctors to serve the country. The University needs microscopes and computers to be used in the education of its medical students. |
