	D-1870    Sri Lanka - Central province Conduct an Eye Clinic $30,000 To conduct an eye Clinic for diagnosis and treatment of eye related problems for poor persons unable to afford paid medical attention. The project will provide eye screening, spectacles for those who need it and cataract surgery for those necessary.
