	D-1872    Mexico - Tijuana Gift Of Light To Children $13,816 Tijuana´s Mexico has 282 orphanages with more than 42800 kids and almost 3500 with vision problems. This MG will provide vision check up and 650 pair of glasses, to same number of kids, and if an eye operation is needed, pacient will be turned to the Rotary Clubs in the District working in avoidable blindness.
