   Mexico - Ensenada

Childrens Surgical Project

The aim of the project is to facilitate oral and maxillofacial sugeries fo needy children throughout Northern Mexico.

Necessary Funds have been committed for the purchase of surgical equipment/supplies for quarterly clinics to be conducted at the public Hospital de General in Ensenada.

At present there are close to 300 underpriviledged children

in Baja commuities alone, that require this essential fee surgical treatment to lead normal productive lives. Rotarians are heavily involved in both the professional and

volunteer units that conduct and support the surgical units.

This Project was approved at District Level last year but due to delays caused by Reporting Issues, funds were depleted before the Project could be resubmitted.
