This project is a project of Serving Hands International Rotarians in Tijuana are disturbed by the deaths of newborns in the General Hospital of Tijuana because of the lack of the proper medication and medical equipment. In the neonatal phase of the pediatric population the mortality rate is 25/1000. This is the worst case of mortalities for newborns in all the border towns in the country. In this grant we are requesting funds to purchase state of the art equipment to help save the lives of many newborn babies. |
