KABUL- Razia must be removed as a member/signer for Kabul Rotary Club. RI has her as a Duxbury Club member and this application will be rejected. Too late to change her membership to Kabul. Dost please replace Razia Jan with another club member quickly.
Dost can you easily get Anthony Richard's signature as DGSC on application if not we can get our DGSC Herb Mansfield to sign that this application is complete. TRF will accept either signature. TRF requires this to begin the review.
Will need more budget info on "Maintenance" what it involves. More details are needed now
TRF will be asking for actual quotes for all budget items when they review application. Please start preparing these for April. Thanks

The Duxbury Rotary Club is in the process of completing the final Foundation report with information from the Zabuli Girls School. We will send copies to The Kabul Rotary Club for conformation of the information and then submit same to the International Rotary foundation.

<3-May-14> by Steve Dubuque
The Final Report has been submitted to the Rotary Foundation. The Foundation has not officially closed out the project because they are looking for documentation from the Kabul Club. the foundation has agreed to secure the information directly and not request the US clubs provide further information. The project is a success in that the computers have been purchased the girls at the girls school have received training and are now able to communicate with school children here in the US. If and when I receive confirmation that The Foundation has closed out the project, I will forward same to all of the participating Rotary Clubs.
