Shunt Valves for Hydrocephels

$9,990

Hydrocephalus is a discease of the Brain wherein the defective ventricals do not adequately drain the cerebrospinal fliuds causing fluid accumulation in the brain and this can hit anyone anywhere in the world. There are many poor children in Ecuador who cannot afford the cost of shunt valves, (these valves installed in the skull facilitates draining the fluids to the abdomen) even though the operation to instal the shunt valves is free. Tomebamba Rotary in Cuenca, Ecuador in Dist 4400 have proposed this magnanimous effort of helping out as many children as possible and immediately intend procuring 111 shunt valves at $90 a valve = $9,990. These valves are imported from Mexico City. More details will be included in the application.
