The following clarifications are needed before this portion of reporting requirements are complete:
1.)TRF Narrative Report: completed copy of the TRF Narrative Report along with a supporting bank statement. 2.)Revolving Loan Report Supplement: Provide the annual interest rate for the loans in each credit group.

Nicholas Lentz wrote that the following clarifications are needed before reporting requirements are complete:

1. Certifying Signature of the primary international partner,Encinitas Coastal. Either the president of RC Encinitas Coastal or the president of RC Jalalabad submit a certifying signature for this report.

2. Revolving Loan Report Supplement. Please provide the following clarification.

2a. Provide contact info for EMDAD.
2b. confirm whether or not EMDAD has had control of the grant funds upon release by the Rotary Club of Encinitas Coastal.
2c. confirm whether or not EMDAD is currently an NGO. If EMDAD is not currently an NGO, please clarify who is working to register it as one.
2d. confirm that EMDAD will control the revolving loan funds until completion of the program.
2e. provide a signed letter from EMDAD stating that the organization agrees to cooperate in any financial review deemed necessary by The Rotary Foundation.
Once received acceptable responses to the above items final report will be complete.
