I wish to draw your kind attention to my proposal requesting international Rotary Sponsorship from your club under Rotary School Support System for Sri Vidya Bodhini Higher Primary School, Kedinje Village, Karkala - 574 110.
This school is located in the rural area of Karkala Taluk. Since school does not get any government aid, school authorities have to run the school,maintain the teaching & non teaching staff & other requirements of the school by local contributions only.
In recent years the strength of the school has been increasing steadily becouse of the effective teaching by the dedicated teachers. Now more than 300 students are studying in the school, they are belonging to very poor families. so for the requirement of infrastructure facilities such as Drinking Water, Sanitary Blocks, furnitures (Desks & Benches), computers & Games Materials, Library books, Lab Equipments etc, must be needed urgently. The total cost of the project for is US $15000
Therefore I request you and all the members of your club to kindly consider our above project for financial assistance as an international sponsor and help us in implementing the above project which is truly humanitarian in nature and help more than 300 poor families.
