This project will provide unexpired medications and medical equipment to be put in use in Jalalabad, Afghanistan under the supervision of Dr. Nasir Khan-Director of Nangarhar University Medical Hospital and former GSE team member hosted by District 5340.

Greater Jalalabad, Afghanistan has a population of approximately 400,000 persons. It has a critical shortage of medications and medical equipment. Under the supervison of Dr. Nasir Khan Director of Nangarhar University Medical Hospital, professors will provide medications as needed within the community and use the equipment to assist in medical treatment.

The intenational partner will assemble the medications and medical equipment and arrange for transportation of the same. The host partner will work with the Nangarhar University medical professors to assist in the disbursement of the medications and placement of the medical equipment.
