Gene Poore, designated representative of the Mission Bay Rotary Club met with Dena Davis, Winston Barnes (Club President RCLP) and Astley Jones (Sergeant at Arms). Took Photos of current project, flag exchange and discussed option of additional project.

Hiring of new leadership has affected the implementation schedule. Project still viable.

Dena Davis from the Jamaica club reported that the project is nearing completion. Homework Center component is completed. Mobile Wellness Clinic held for one week with a volunteer staff assisted 200 individuals. Follow-up will provide glasses and remaining funds will be spent on medical supplies. Full report being prepared by Jamaica Club.

Hilary Troester wrote that a report is overdue for this grant. It has been over twelve months since payment was made on this grant or an acceptable report was received. If the club's records show otherwise, contact Hilary immediately so that this discrepancy can be resolved.

Dena Davis, Rotary Club of Liguanea Plains reports that the final effort on this grant, the distribution of eye glasses and final purchase of medical supplies, was interrupted by the hurricane which went through this area. This has to be rescheduled.

Hilary Troester at TRF confirmed that she needs an interim report (same form as the final report) showing what has occured to this point. A copy of the most recent statement is also needed along with a list of expenses to date.

Final report due two months after the completion of the project still under review. Draft Statement and receipts forwarded to Rotary International to indicate good faith attempt to report. Waiting for signed copy of report from Jamaica Club.
